James our sales representative was very helpful. Found the perfect mattress for a great price!! Only downside we had to wait a couple days for delivery . But over all had a good experience.

I shopped around and found Best Mattress to have the best prices and the least amount of haggling to get to get to the best price. I really enjoy working with the sales person Kris. He is super nice and a straight shooter.. I Actually bought my first mattress through him at another Best Mattress store and when I went to buy another mattress and found out that he switched stores I drove way out of my way, past several other Best Mattress locations to buy from him at this location. Of course I procrastinated. Needed a mattress immediately. Salesman was spot on & gave me a great deal. Delivered it in less than 24 hours. Very knowledgeable & helpful. I set everything up today. Perfection!!! Thank You!

We contemplated on buying a Tempur-pedic mattress for a long time. Our sales rep, Cameron, gave us the facts and compared that brand to other mattress brands on the market (e.g., Serta, Beautyrest, etc.). You really get what you pay for. We are aware that this type of mattress is pricey but we think of it as an investment for good quality sleep and for our health. This is our 3rd time in our adult life we had to buy a mattress. I would have to say this was the best experience in buying a mattress. I love it that part of the money goes back to our community not like mattress places. What we loved the most, NEXT DAY delivery!!! If you are needing a new mattress, I would suggest speaking with Darrick ( hope I'm spelling his name right). Thank you Sir! We love our mattress!!

We just moved here and needed a new mattress. We found Best Mattress nearby and there was a great selection of mattresses. Darrick was more than helpful and after we purchased, he followed up to make sure everything was good. We had to wait for the sheets we wanted and he went above and beyond to make sure we got them ok. Why would you go anywhere else to buy a mattress when the customer service is so good there?

I purchased two mattresses that turned to not comfortable. I called for an exchange and was not that there was no exchange. After the salesperson spoke to Manager Dana she agreed. Salesman told me that I had to pay a 79 dollar fee for pick up. I told him that I would take back the mattresses just like I picked them up. He told me that I had to speak to Manager Dana. My husband and I desperately needed a good long lasting mattress. We've tried many cheap mattresses and decided to buy a more expensive one in hopes that we wouldn't have to keep purchasing mattresses every other year.
