horrible service I called in regards to a Cadillac CTS that i saw online. I’m asking the gentleman questions about the vehicle and he seemed annoyed. I said i would like to know the various options the car came with and he seemed uninformed. He didn’t even know what sound system was equipped with the vehicle and told me to look it up. misleading communication confirmed by email and phone with Rick from their shop that the specific car was available only to find out he has NO CLUE and the car is nowhere to be found. Checked another "suggested" similar model only to see the check engine light on. Also, FYI, he refuses to wear a mask and would rather sit at the desk than help show the vehicle.
Got scammed at this dealership Went to dealership to purchase a used car for my 16 year old daughter. She worked over 2 years saving for this . Long story short, they deliberately sold her a car with a bad transmission. She lost almost $7000 of hard earned money. Feels so bad for her.

Criminals I think the people leaving good reviews work there and made them up. There is nothing good about this dealer at all. We lost our down payment because they wouldn't do the promised repairs and the bank wasn't notified we returned the car so they are charging us for late payments. Everything they say is a lie
shady Car that I went to purchase was advertised with 39,000 miles. So I drive 3 hrs from Orlando Car was nice however filthy I was shocked that they showed a car in that condition. I would of still purchased the car with all that until I asked for a carfax and they took min 30 min. Once received the carfax the car actually showed 75,000 plus in 2010. So who knows how much it actually. So at that point I got up and left. As I drove off they offered another $1000 off. Thanks but know thanks.
slow processing bought a 2008 bmw has brake light stuck (brake problem)on and 4x4 light on (major engine failure) and was told these are normal lights on a BMW. charged for temp tag and I had my own put on ?? Have gap insurance for a vehicle i paid 50% of. So not needed!!! Called finance company and no record of sale or finance. Dealer said all docs were sent to finance co. If they make right on ALL stated issues I will remove post
