shady Car that I went to purchase was advertised with 39,000 miles. So I drive 3 hrs from Orlando Car was nice however filthy I was shocked that they showed a car in that condition. I would of still purchased the car with all that until I asked for a carfax and they took min 30 min. Once received the carfax the car actually showed 75,000 plus in 2010. So who knows how much it actually. So at that point I got up and left. As I drove off they offered another $1000 off. Thanks but know thanks.
slow processing bought a 2008 bmw has brake light stuck (brake problem)on and 4x4 light on (major engine failure) and was told these are normal lights on a BMW. charged for temp tag and I had my own put on ?? Have gap insurance for a vehicle i paid 50% of. So not needed!!! Called finance company and no record of sale or finance. Dealer said all docs were sent to finance co. If they make right on ALL stated issues I will remove post
Need refund of GAP Coverage Please don't waste our time with the refund of the GAP coverage. I've sent you the terms and conditions multiple times, I've contacted the bank and the GAP company multiple times, you know this, so please abide by the contract that you and I signed. You say that I am wrong for requesting the full refund, but according to the contract I am in the right. If I am indeed wrong, tell me when you can meet me to show me where it says so. I will not desist until you make right by this contract.

wow first and last time As quick as the cars go that is how quick they get you out if you are not doing a loan with them,bad customer service and website is never up to date
did not find the car that was listed... the internet provides me the opportunity to shop long distance, if you cant keep your website updated you shouldn't be on Cars.com..... the are wasting my time...
Not honest at all don't buy cars from this dealer I called this dealer more than 20 times asking them about more than 50 cars they list it in Cars.com and none of the cars have listed here are available when i ask them about any of the cars they told me this car sold and that car sold and they tried to sale me or tell me about other cars , i don't trust this dealer at all and I'm sure 100% all there best cars with the great price in cars.com they sold it long time ago but they just like to play games and waste customers time... read more
Waste of time, dont bother The epitome of a used car dealer. They have cars listed online that they don't have in stock, when asked why these cars are still listed the guy named FRANCO with black hair told me "to bring people in." Rude sales people, they are indifferent. These people are sitting around waiting for a SUCKER. You could tell most of the cars on the lot had been in a previous accident. This place is so sketchy i would never buy a car here and if you do, you deserve whatever problems come to you
Take your time If you're looking to buy a car, take your time, don't be pressured by the salesmans tactics. I visited, didn't like it, did keep the poor reviews in mind and walked out. I have the money to spend so I have the power, NOT them.
