Exceptional There were no towels in rooms It was clean, pool stayed up until 11, and the staff was very very friendly

Kelly help me a lot with printing me my e mails out thank you it could be a little cleaner. quiet air condition,nice room, location close to the Airport, Bus station right on the Hotel to Downtown Miami. The bed was very good akzept the plastic on the Matres.
Exceptional You have to pay for parking. I have never heard of that. And the elevator was dirty. Otherwise the hotel was great. The room was good, and the location was great.
