Worse Stay of My Life!!! I had issues my entire stay at this hotel. The cards would automatically reset and we couldn't access our room. They didn't have the room I reserved online when I checked in. Our sheets were stained and I had to change them myself due to them not coming to rooms. I also I to go downstairs anytime I needed towels or anything. I took my ice bucket downstairs because it was nasty and had rust on it. They had maintenence to bring me another one and it was rushed as well so I didn't bother getting any ice... read more

Decepcionante y no solo por parte del hotel pero por parte de ustedes como agencia que lo promociona El hotel se mantuvo sucio durante toda la estancia. Nos solicitaron que nos encargáramos nosotros mismos de la limpieza del cuarto. Esto en base a lo que ocurre en USA por la pandemia. Esta particularidad no esta estipulada por ustedes (booking). Es una sorpresa como en nuestro país (CR) se mantienen los estándares de limpieza por el personal y en otro que se supone da buena respuesta a los servicios del cliente, son ausentes... read more

Horrible will never stay here again The hotel was dirty the elevators coming off the elevator the was always trash in the floors outside of elevators the safe in my room didn’t work the ac unit had a nasty smell coming from it the laundry area was filthy and one had two working washing and one dyer the other dryer was broken and the hallways had no air conditioning at the staff was non English speaking except for snot three of them this not work I expected for the amount of money so spent and it’s states you have a shuttle b... read more

Near the airport. Period. Elevator is very slow, there wasn't room service and no extra sheets or towels available. I stayed 3 nights with only one towel and same sheets. Ice machine was not working at fifth floor. Bathroom is small, yet normal. Parking lot was full and there was no space for parking in one night, although I have paid for it. The hotel is very near Miami Airport. And that is the only thing really good about it. Staff were helpful, but there was nothing they could do.
