The hotel does need improvement I did not care for my room. The first night I came there I was a bit uncomfortable. The bed box spring fabric was ripped apart on the side. The doors could not close starting with the bathroom door, It looks like the door was a little wide to close fully. Then the front door where I had to push it shut. What frustrated me the most was the hotel keys as I stayed at the hotel, it was hard for me to get in my room. I constantly had to go to front desk to fix my hotel keys. Very Poor had to switch rooms because the lock on my first door was broken and i checked out ewrly because of roaches the fact it was 15 minutes from everything was great

Horrible place , not even worth the price , standards have fallen and this is not Covid causing it , The sheets were dirty , corridors, elevators, very disgusting place , I just managed to sleep , won’t recommend or come back there Nothing . Terrible The king suite was filthy. Very dusty The so called sweet only had 2 PILLOWS 1 small pillow that was in a large pillow case and another standard sized pillow. Get this there was dried up blood on the fitted sheet under the actual covers and in the bathroom. Every one on the floor i was on was loud and ghetto it seems as if they put certain people in one area of the hotel. Fair Olvidamos un sombrero, notificamos a las 4 horas la perdida y no pudimos recuperar nuestra pertenencia.
Fair The property was clean but they didn’t provide us with enough towels I had to call help desk numerous times and no answer. Finally someone answered and he made me go downstairs and pick them up. Also we were only given one bottle of body wash for two days. The property was clean, close to everything.
