Bad Por excusarse con la pandemia, ya no limpian los cuartos al punto de que el huésped debe bajar, por las toallas, cambiar tendidos, botar la basura. El trato del front desk pésimo el internet no funcionó el primer día y la excusa fue en algunas tipos se IPhone no funciona. No recomendaría para nada este hotel. La ubicación

Very Poor This place is outdated, run down, less than clean, and probably everything else bad. The best part of this property was the staff. They were very warm and welcoming.

Disapponted on a reglaur basis The hotel -precovid - was much better . It appears that they are still trying to recover economocally . There is a sense of trying to reduce expenses at every part of the operation . There were few linens, less staff , deferred maintenance, - even simple things like having regular coffee in the room was compromised .I have been going there for over a decade for Miami related business but I am increasingly consideing finding another hotel when I am in Miami. Sorry I rented a room here Was not able to get WiFi, and didn’t like the smell in my room when I turn off the air conditioning. My bottom sheet keap coming off my mattress and didn’t like the feel of the bed protector underneath the sheet. And after being there for two days I can I get my room clean and my sheets change they told me not until 5 days I say what is u kidding I’m paying my money to stay here for 4 days and I can’t get my room clean while I’m staying here during COVID it should be clean and disinfect everyday he... read more
