not comfortable Room was clean but in the bathroom we found woman's hair The refrigerator doesn't work, I call to help she told me in the phone we need to pug it. When I move the refrigerator was with food and a lot water, it liquid all the food. Have 02 small pillows and just one towel in the bathroom, we ask in the front desk at night for more towels and pillows, the lady was there says, "When you did the check in they told you if you need something extra you need to get in the front desk. Poor When I booked the room the said they would pick me up from the airport. When I got there and called they said no pickups because of covid. Ok. Change the ad. The night lady was cool. The rest of the staff sucked. When I returned from the VA, I asked why my room wasnt cleaned, they said they only clean once every FIVE days! The printer didnt work. I finished my business early and got the hell out of there. As of today Im still being charged for three days when I checked out after two. Worst hotel experience of my life. T... read more
Terrible Not enough towels , trash outside of hallway doors no room service not clean enough stayed for 4 days and requested someone to clean the room and was denined and was told to go down and get a vacuum and do it yourself. Really Unbelievable I will never come there again Nothing but the location
Air didn’t work no fixing No Air Air didn’t work
Never again I had to change rooms because the room smelled of wet moldy carpets. They changed my room but it had the same smell. I was given air freshener. The keys to the rooms are annoying. Apparently the keys become deactivated every time someone leaves the room even if it’s to get ice. So much time was wasted getting the keys activated again. We never used the pool. Slechtste hotel tot nu toe Er lagen haren in het bed, de kussens waren niet schoon. Deze rookvrij kamer stonk enorm naar sigaretten. Al mijn kleding en ik zelf dus ook na een nacht hier. Er lagen geen handdoeken in de kamer dus die kon ik zelf nog een keer gaan halen bij de receptie midden in de nacht (we kwamen laat aan).
