Bad En realidad esperaba otra cosa ,no estaba bien el lavamanos ni el aire acondicionado y aunque lo reporté y lo intentaron arreglar pues la verdad no sirvió d mucho ,apenas tuvimos toallas para la habitación y cuando pedíamos solo nos daban una y pequeña y con muy mala calidad y desgastada ,una d las incomodidades más incómodas es q cuando llegábamos a la habitación nos teníamos que devolver hacia la recepción xq la llave no habría la puerta y así fue todos los días q estuvimos hospedados,la verdad nunca antes tuve una exp... read more
Terrible I booked this hotel through Booking.com and paid for it , then you charmed twice fir the room. Also, we had some very noisy neighbors in the next room blasting music until 2:30am. I called the front desk 4 times within 2 hours and nothing was done about it. I asked fir a full refund because we could not get the sleep we paid for and all I got was the $12 parking fee removed. I will not stay ir recommend this hotel.

Smelly Small towels, wash clothes old and raggedy. Pillows were lifeless, Carpet stunk, moist humid stinch . Baby roaches in bathroom and on bed post. No one vaccumed our room they entire stay. The chairs inside the room were dirty and old. The convenience
HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Staff was horrible!! Stayed for 4 nights. There were no towel. Staff kept saying they will send towels and never send. I’ve tried calling and go to the front desk way too many time. The keys don’t even work you have to keep going to front desk everytime you leave to get a new key. This was just horrible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. You have to pay for parking as well. Nothing

Very Poor
Not Clean Advertised a airport shuttle there was not one and has not been one since COVID. Lady at the desk very rude talking to everyone else while trying to check me in took about 20 min because she was not focused on me but her friends in the lobby. Hallways to the rooms had trash all over mostly food trash. Toilet paper holder broken and left on the floor in bathroom. Staff very hard to understand had to have someone interpret during check out. Beds were good
