Double check with this hotel using booking. They over booked our rooms and 2 out of 3 of my rooms were available. We had They didn’t clean the rooms so it was a dirty floor.. sheets were clean though Over booking Doors do not close Damages where to the rooms prior to arrival Some staff was rude Not enough essential like towels, pillows and toilet paper. The beds are comfortable and shower head is nice

Unsatisfactory There was roaches in my room. I had two different rooms and both toilets broke 218 went out three times and 217 twice. There was no towels and the ones we did finally received were really small. The staff was very pleasant.

Best Western should strip this property of its franchise flag. It was awful. Website information on restaurant and bar, availability of ground transportation were wrong and had been for some time. Hotel was filthy. Clump of hair in front of elevator. Trash in elevators and halls. Stains on unvacuumed carpets. Mold on shower wall. Nothing

I won't be staying at this hotel anymore. Better service, no towels was available. Had to wait for them to wash clean towels. Coffee maker in room did not work. Breakfast was not that good and the location was alright.
