I had the worst stay . My car got broken into and drivers side window had to be replaced. The hotel staff did absolutely No security . Terrible neighborhood Nothing

Bad They made me wait to check in for three hours after check in time. They only let me stay a hour later than check out time. They charged me an extra $12 without telling me and when I asked said it was for parking but the initial reservation said parking was free. They checked several people in front of me and gave them room keys right away. It was horrible I felt discriminated upon and wanted to cry Original stated price

Испорченное настроение Гребаный отель!!! В номере не было полотенец! Нужно было постираться, в одной из машин испортилась одежда - какая-то тварь оставила блич.., помимо этого в нормальных отелях в стиралке можно купить за 1-2$ стиральное средство, в крайнем случае на фронт деск - здесь нихрена нигде НЕТ! мне пришлось ехать в ближайший магазин..! Will not entertain staying at a Best Western again! Service and staff were awful. They never answer the phone. Parking was awful. Room was semi-clean but not terrific, bed was too firm. Room did not have blow dryer or iron although ironing board was in room. When I called and they finally answered at front desk (hair was wet) it took over 90 minutes (2 phone calls & husband walked down to front desk) before a rude man tossed them at me, bothered that I had requested equipment that should have already been in the room. A lot of broken things and smell of smoke. Our first room had the wall/closet broken. Stucco falling apart and closet door not even movable. Hallways smelled like cigarettes wherever we went (I have a one year old, not ok) The staff upgraded our room to a king suite, which was nice, however the hallways still smelled like smoke even on a different floor.
