Bad There's a prank call me to the office and the management staff came upstairs with a police officer and accused me of kidnapping my girlfriend then after finding out that it was all a lie they asked me to leave and told me that I could never come back to their to their facilities on top of that the day before that I was granted a discount from you guys for the room to be 30 something dollars that one that one night because of the simple fact that I had made it to genius level and it was a gift from you guys they did not h... read more

Fair The hotel did not meet my expectations. My room had problems with cleanliness. The carpet was dirty. Room smelled for cigarette smoke (previous habitant covered smoke detector with plastic bag). The bed and bedding was uncomfortable. Location is great.
Bad Room was not clean. Globs of hair all over the place!!!

Staff was not friendly The staff say we could get a breakfast bag and when we go and claim they didn’t have anything after that when we wanted to leave at 12 they says no we had to leave at 11 not very good service Cleaning and the location

Fair Desayuno muy básico, (el desayuno es hasta las 10 am y si llegas a las 9:55 te dicen que “verán” si es posible darte el desayuno, ya que no saben si quedan desayunos disponibles. no hay transporte al aeropuerto como dice la descripción. Ubicación para un viaje corto.

Bad Beds
Bad There was violent fighting at this location and the police had to come and arrest people. There was glass and food and scraping against the wall. The people fighting were banging on the surrounding room doors and yelling.
