Not confortable for tourist I pleasure trip Cleaning and room services Hotel usually is good but now was semi closed the room cleaning was bad, no supplies in the room, you must go to de desk and ask for all you need, no breakfast offered, but you can call Uber eats and order plus vendors machine available

Disappointing I was told that after 5 days the room would be cleaned. It was not and I was there for 9 night. Key kept dropping signal with the door and at one time I had to travel to the front desk 4 times before I could get in my room. The first night when I arrived, the carpet was soak and wet and only I insisted, I was given another room. The people in the hotel did not wear masks at all times.
