My experience exceeded my expectations. The loan officer made my experience really easy. I appreciated everything the officer did. The officer answered all of my questions. The officer was very easy to communicate with.

We loved Betsie as our lender and would use her again! She worked remotely with us from TN as we bought our first house in VA. She was excellent! She made sure we were informed about all of our options, and walked through each step giving us her advice on why she thought one way may be best over another.
