From first contact the staff was awesome with genuine concern and very informative. When I told them my issue they worked to get me in immediately and I appreciated the fact they were so kind and compassionate to get me over my fear and anxiety of dentist. When I saw Bethany she was great too..explaining what was wrong and what was needed. I definitely recommend them and will continue to see Bethany for my dental needs.
This was my first visit to Dr Bethany Thomas’ dental practice in Seymour, TN. I went for a first time patient evaluation. I was very pleased with my experience there. All the people with whom I interacted were friendly, pleasant and helpful. They did a thorough analysis of my mouth and teeth. Dr Thomas was very personable and efficient. I had such a wonderful experience at this office. Every staff member went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable. Dr. Bethany is so sweet and down to earth. The best dental care I've ever had, I really look forward to returning. I am thrilled I found them.
This was my first visit with Dr Bethany. I was very happy with how thorough Dr Thomas was evaluating my teeth and how much time her and her assistant took to explain the findings, plan of care, and answer any questions I had. I will definitely be recommending her to friends.
Dr. Thomas and her staff do everything in their power to take care of you. Her staff do a fabulous job of talking you through the whole process before and during all tests and procedures. Very polite and professional.
