I feel that the efforts to make this resort into a 5 star experience are evident. The food was very good and the waitstaff is attentive and warm. Prices are high but that is expected on the island. We were there with a group of 6 to celebrate a big birthday. The restaurant makes the effort to personalize the menu (and give it to the right person) with the name and well wishes for a happy birthday. A small, but nice touch. Elegant but not stuffy environment.
We celebrated and birthday at Bettinis and we’re not disappointed. Food and service was excellent.

At this price, there should not be 2 TV screens visible in the dining foom. It was very noisey, dark and very expensive.
The food and service were very good but the prices have become so very high--almost to the point where we won't be dining at Bettini in the near future. Our dinner for four cost over $550 (no desserts).
I was worried about dining here after reading several recent reviews on other travel sites that said the service was not up to par. But we had excellent, friendly service. The meal (I got the filet) was outstanding, as were the cocktails and wine.
A terrific experience from beginning to end. Great waitstaff, awesome meal and overall wonderful evening.
We enjoyed the restaurant but had some reservations (ha, ha...). The clam chowder was really good. The swordfish was excellent. Clams casino was prepared with too much bread crumb not enough clam. The lobster ravioli was OK, pasta slightly under done. Sadly, the ravioli arrived lukewarm on a plate which had not been warmed. The scallops (dinner, not appetizer) included three medium-sized scallops with a tablespoon of orzo. Wait staff was cheerful and efficient.
