The salads are not worth the price- they are small side size. Dessert ice cream you literally get one scoop for $16! The noise is so loud you can’t enjoy a relaxing meal or speak in normal conversational tone with those you dine.
Excellent food and service with a great view of the harbor. Prices about typical for a high end Vineyard restaurant.

Everything was great but our server kept pressuring us to order our main entre - we did not eve have our app yet if wine. It was a bit uncomfortable but a great night with great food and the atmosphere was beautiful.
As seasonal residents of Martha’s Vineyard, we love to dine out at various places, whether it’s a picnic on Menemsha Beach or inside a great restaurant. We find Bettini Restaurant to be great! Every staff person we encounter, whether it’s someone opening the door to the Harborview Hotel or the servers at our table in Bettini, we feel welcome and pampered. We requested an ocean view and the hostess changed our table to accommodate us. Food was really good and service was terrific.
Swank Preppy and Diverse, great view and people watching was interesting.
