Run As fast as you can from this place. My mom lasted 12 hours in this place. It was so horrible in the five minutes. I was there. I witnessed a man falling out of his wheelchair and no one rushing to help him another gentleman screaming for help and no one responding. They would not help my mother to the bathroom nor would they get her an ice pack no one will respond to her calls, the only positive thing I could say was the OT and PT. Therapist were very nice. Please run to this place and take your loved ones out!!!!! My mother was there for a week and a half and I have never seen staff not caring at this level. I am going to Al reach out to sept of health and do a formal complaint. My mother was begging them for over two hour to help her and nothing. I called for an hour until I found a live person who put me on hold for 16 minutes. An hour later they attended to her. Her roommate fell out of bed three times. This place should be shut down.

Not clean and rules don't apply to the employees but just visitors for COVID Not to mention the parking situation is bad

Do not send your loved ones here!!! Nurses are neglectful and careless. They literally ignored my mother, who is recovering from a double shoulder and arm surgery and who is totally helpless, from 10 PM to 6 AM when she called them repeatedly for help to go to the bathroom. They did not administer her various medications when she needed them. They ignored her and all patients repeatedly. And one nurse made my mom cry by yelling at her.
