With only 10,000 miles on my Soul I thought the dealer would have replaced a tire (prorated) that had a defect, bubble on the sidewall. Unfortunately I had to pay for a new tire. However, Don Beyer Kia, did replace it and didnt charge me for mounting, balancing and the tire disposal fee.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Difficulty seeing the finance representative to complete new purchase. After extended (over an hour) wait we were referred to another representative who completed the purchase.
