My most recent Volvo service rep, Sean Kelly, is professional and knowledgeable as every rep I have ever dealt with over the years. He returns my calls promptly and makes that extra effort to explain the issues and assures me that my car is safe and ready for the road when I drive back to my property in PA. I make a special trip to VA just to go to your dealership. I went to a Volvo dealership in Greensburg, PA and there is no comparison to the quality of your top-rate service
