In general, Beyer does a good job. My only slight complaint is that it is expensive although generally the mechanics are good at letting you know what you need to do then and what can be delayed. However, you get what you pay for and they always seems to do a good job and are knowledgeable about the updates that are happening with Kia, even for odd things like updating the radio to fix bugs.

The service department at Beyer Kia is excellent.Service Manager. Chris Prevatt, answered my questions and kept me informed on the work being done. Everything was done on time. The staff is helpful and friendly. The waiting area is distanced and safe. I highly recommend this dealership.

Was able to call in and ask to be seen for service within the next 30 minutes. They quickly assessed what was wrong and explained anything else I needed to maintain my car. I'm always happy to drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to Kia Don Beyer in Falls Church. It's worth the drive!

Service advisor, John Schmied was very thorough in reviewing the maintenance items required on my vehicle. I did some research on items cited and agree with the suggested items and the prices, albeit not cheap, were competitive and most importantly would be performed by Don Beyer Volvo which is definitely familiar with my C70.
