Generally good - but not all service staff wearing masks properly and technicians missed dying battery so had to return within a few days for repair

I have never had a bad experience at Beyer Kia, and the reason my son led me to purchase a car there is, unlike many major car dealerships, Beyer does find unnecessary work for them to do to get your business. I had lights come on the dashboard and thought I could have a serious problem. I was able to get an appointment the next day (Covid era!) David Chang was my service representative and as always is the case, I was given excellent service including a car wash even though it was nothing!
