Service was timely and professional, everyone was following appropriate COVID-19 protocols.
Don Beyer picked up my car at my hme and delivered it after the service was completed. The service was scheduled maintenance and I lease my vehicle so there was no charge. I would call the experience perfect!
It's ridiculously overpriced and there weren't ny loaners (which it should have been considering the markup is 200%). But the service specialists I've dealt with are extremely nice.
Don Beyer Volvo always gives great service. We have been buying cars & servicing them there for over 30 years.
