Had my XC40 in for routine service, and to find a slightly obscure rattle. Service done very well, rattle thought to be fixed, but after a brief silence, reappeared. Took the vehicle back, and while the rattle was illusive, they stuck with it, identified the problem and corrected it! An unrelated issue developed, and it was handled with immediate dispatch -- we're completely satisfied! Service rep (John) was absolutely tops. He kept in touch and worked with us.
