Excellent Service and cleaning protocols. I easily scheduled the appointment online. On arrival, it took only a few minutes to get started with valuable advice from Shawn. The service was completed within the estimated time and cost.

Service Advisor David Chang did a fine job on the first scheduled maintenance of my 2019 Kia Niro PHEV. Service included oil and filter change, maintenance inspection and Virginia State safety inspection. As I purchased the vehicle from Don Beyer Kia, there was no charge. Mr Chang called when my vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. I had requested tire rotation but Mr Chang noted at pickup that tire service was not needed at this time, saving me the service charge.
Excellent customer service in addition to excellent service technicians.
Great service as always. Shwan Haider always provides great service and knows what is best for me and my car. He has been my service advisor since the first oil change, six years ago. I'll continue to service my car here because of the trust and tenure I've built with them. Loyalty goes a long way with these folks!
As always, the service people at Beyer Kia were great. Cris Prevatt has his team working on all cylinders. I will always take our Sorento to Beyer Kia beacause of Cris.
