We worked with Oliver(Kia side). I had purchased my vehicle out of state and had the service contract on a flash drive. He assured me that my recalls would be taken care of and oil change was done without charge as long as I got the documents emailed to him. He was very communicative and understanding.

Service went well. Car was in and out of the shop in a few hours. I deferred the maintenance a few months to keep the cost down when it was in for a mileage service a few months earlier. Unfortunately the service was more expensive due to a price increase in the part, so that wasn't fun.
