Excellent service provided in a timely manner. Had a tire that needed service to correct slow leak. Came unannounced yet they worked me in.

Service was completed before I expected; when I arrived to get the car, it was waiting for me and had been washed. No waiting to check in or out.
In 50 years of car-buying, Id say this was the easiest transaction Ive ever had. We knew exactly what we wanted and that we would have to order the vehicle. Omar did a thorough search to see if he could find it somewhere in the US, but no luck. Before the end of our visit we left with a much better option and an excellent vehicle.

My windshield was broken. My insurance company wanted me to go to their contractor. Um, no. Only Volvo-trained mechanics for me and "Thunder."
The best service experience Ive had. They do a great job on the car. Extremely convenient location. Always seem to have an available appointment when I need one. Loaners, Saturday hours, and a Comfortable waiting room with coffee soft drinks and snacks if you decide to wait. The facility is brand new and state of the art. It never seems to take very long to get the car back. Usually just a couple of hours. I highly recommend Beyer Volvo Service. Tiffany is my incredible advisor (Sean also fab).
good staff with good service
Service was excellent because they did exactly what I needed them to do but, Don Beyer has become very, very expensive as far as hourly rate is concerned. This needs to be taken into consideration before going there!
