Sean is an excellent service associate. He explains what is to be done, why, cost estimate, time involved and provides updates, as needed.
When parts order took longer than expected on my older model Volvo, I got a loaner car while they completed repairs. They took care of minor problems not in the ticket in the time they had the car. I really appreciated the care they took with it.
My service advisor, Sean Kelty was waiting for me. Also advised of additional work that should be done but could wait. Will arrange that soon.
