Beyer has always been a reliable service center. Work is always done promptly and at the cost quoted.
My two-month-old XC90 required service when a software update seemed to overwhelm the system and features stopped working. I was shocked when I walked into the service department and was told by the initial person I spoke with, Cars are just more sophisticated than your old one now. Its 2022. You can speak with Kim and she will show you how your car works. I love speaking with Kim but already knew how my car worked at that point and that something wasnt right. Ryan in service was great.
Oliver, the service advisor, always goes above and beyond. It is a great feeling knowing that they will take care of your car like you would do it.
The service was good. I had a document from the dealership that my oil change will be $29.95 as long as I keep the car. This time they didnt honor their commitment - oil change has jumped to $79.95.
