Service was quick and friendly.
Excellent work. However, all that was done was an oil change and a look-over of the car. Work was all by choice and not by need.

I always have great service with Don Beyer. Have been using them for many years, this is my 3rd VW. One of the many reasons I stay with VWs is because of the trust I have with the service department.
WONDERFUL. I'd give 10 stars if I could. After a terrible experience at the dealership I purchased my vehicle from, I went over to Don Beyer irritated and without making an appointment, and my mood instantly turned around. Nick was exceptional. I was able to tell him all of my concerns and he let me know exactly what they would be doing with my vehicle. I was able to select the service I wanted completed the next morning and it was finished within hours!
Nick was extremely professional and made sure my vehicle was in good running order when I left. I will return.
