Great service and staff. Been going to Beyer since 2011. Recommend to anyone. Costs are fair and reasonable and wait time minimal for regular service.
Service is always great. Staff is helpful and friendly. Disappointed that they are not using Volvo as loaner cars. Also showroom doesn't look much like a Volvo dealership any more.

I needed a new battery. Beyer VW got me in quickly, replaced it quickly, and re-set my radio and all other elements that are affected when power is out. The staff practiced respectful public health practices, wearing masks and having hand sanitizer available. Painless and pleasant.
Beyer is an excellent dealership to work with, great selection of vehicles, and people who really listen to your requests and make sure to get you into something that truly works for you. Full of friendly staff, from the receptionists to the sales reps. I cannot say thank you enough to Phil, Kelly, and Mason for making the process painless, quick, and enjoyable.

5 stars. This rating programming is terrible, though. Love Winchester Volvo and the head of your service facility. He rocks. Follows through. Has a sense of humor. We will be coming back as needed . Give your service manager a bonus because he had to put up with crazy old lady.
