I felt like I was at the lowest point in my life when I called DCS for help with my finances but they have the friendliest staff who were always so helpful. I am so grateful for the service that DCS provided and I am living a completely debt free life now

Good but some issues.
I thought everyone that we dealt with were just great. No question was to small or to big. We were very nervous at the beginning of our debt consolidation. But were very much reassured right from the beginning that it was the right thing to do.
So simple and easy to talk to someone. Really helped. Glad they helped me out. No compicated paper work, easy application and guidence through the way through.
Polite and also fast with taking care of requests and also with explanations if my Part 9.
DCS staff were a pleasure to deal with over the 5 years. Very helpful and great service team.
