Easy to deal with. Very accommodating when I had difficulty with payment
They were always very accommodating during my term of the loan in terms of customer service. One thing I wasn't advised was that even if I complete my loan early that I will have a mark against my credit rating for the whole term of the loan, I feel this shoukd be explained in more detail to your customers when they are about to sign their agreements/'loans with DCS.
