I found every one that we had dealings with very informative and supportive during out time wit DCS group. My wife at time was so over whelmed and at times become stressed and didn't handle situations well you team were very understanding
Very helpful and supportive
A great concept, All the staff re polite and helpful ,I only had my debt for about 3 months, I just wish that I could get my credit rating back , as I have been told that I have to wait for 5 years to get it adjusted. Very helpful, great customer service & well designed
some of the staff really nice professional but one in particular seemed disinterested in assisting or even listening I must compliment Shannon and the lovely new Zealand guy I cannot remember his name
