Awesome service and the staff make every effort to accommodate you if you are struggling to make a payment and their solutions are flexible.
I hope not to be in the situation where I need to use this services again! But would recommend to anyone who needs to get their finaces in order and does not know how to go about doing it themselves. I would have paid a lot more to the creditors that I owed money too if I didn't do this when I did it! I am glad to be out of debt now I can focus on other things.

Firstly I was nervous when I first rang and the lady was just ever so patient, no judgment, great advice, and figured everything out for me in my then quite dire circumstances. I am proud of myself for paying back monies owed, which was made easier by the awesome personell that just was there for me when I needed advice. They were always friendly & very understanding
They were very, very helpful during a time of extreme stress and explained process thoroughly. The relief i received when CitiBank stopped harassing me can not be measured. It's been a long road to finally paying this off and i've had a couple of postponements due to to unemployment, but i have to say that the helpfulness of the staff helped me through. I would recommend you to anyone in a similar situation.
Absolutely would recommend DCS based on the Brisbane staff. They are switched on, engaged and genuinely focused in helping us to acheive completion of our misfortune. You see we were in the 2010-2011 Rockhampton floods...we were without work or income for months. We had no option but to seek help or we would have lost everything including our dignity. Now we get to live debt free and extremely honoured that we hung in there and battled tgru till the end.
I was in so much final stress after what happened to me ..,since I made the inciative to get help ..,DCS helped me so much to get myself on track ..,thanks so much for helping me .,,
If it wasn't for DCS Group, I would still be in A LOT of debt. They were very giving and sometimes allowed me to stop or shorten payments when I needed to. I will highly recommended them to anyone .
