Very helpful and supportive
A great concept, All the staff re polite and helpful ,I only had my debt for about 3 months, I just wish that I could get my credit rating back , as I have been told that I have to wait for 5 years to get it adjusted. some of the staff really nice professional but one in particular seemed disinterested in assisting or even listening I must compliment Shannon and the lovely new Zealand guy I cannot remember his name

Having the service provided by DCS group enabled me to continue living without the stress of paying of endless debt and interest. As a new mum and the result of my marriage breaking down, I was in a severe financial situation. The team were just wonderful to work with and I have suggested your services to many friends who have been in the same financial situation as me.
