The staff were always so helpful and understanding when I was having issues, and always there to provide solutions and be flexible to best meet my changing circumstances. You can tell they cared and genuinely wanted to help you.

unable to do my own direct debete
DCS assisted us to pay off credit card debt we otherwise would not have been able to manage. By freezing interest, we were able to pay off the debt. Throughout the repayment period, DCS allowed us to manage payments according to circumstances. Payments were reduced, and sometimes halted, when I was temporarily unemployed and later, on WorkCover for a time. We appreciate the patience and understanding and are very happy to now be DEBT-FREE!! Staff were helpful, providing good customer service.
