I started this journey in 2014, it was a journey that i needed to do and at times felt like I was never going to get there. I hit some rough patches along the way but I new I could ring them and sort it out eventually. The staff was understanding and helpfully at times and some staff were a bit demanding also. Always helpful and never judgemental. They made it easier for us to manage our income and removed the stress that came with dealing with the collectors. We are grateful.
