First of all, it's an awesome feeling to be dept free!!! At times it was tough but DCS were understanding and helped me through, thankyou so much to all at DCS 😀
The mediators were decent, they did their jobs. There were some hidden fees, which my contacts told me to expect. The issue I had was that I could not change the direct debit to a different day, after I changed jobs, which resulted in a couple of issues with the repayments. Nonetheless, I payed the agreement out and am debt free, thanks to the help of the DCS team. Consolidating my unsecured debts into an easy fortnightly payment simplified the process and drastically reduced the interest on all of my debts.
