Friendly, helpful and efficient service. There's no judgement, they really just want to help. I didn't have a single issue or complaint over the last 5 years and couldn't recommend DCS enough to anyone hoping to get on top of their debts.
Always treated in a considerate, compassionate manner. Everything was explained well & communication was always clear, direct & thorough. Confidentiality was always upheld & while I hope to never be in a position to require these services again, I would go straight to DCS if I was.
