I found a lack of communication once they had their “fee” to be quite disheartening.
I was stuck in a debt cycle just paying the interest so I could afford to ‘live’ a family lifestyle. This soon become unmanageable for me as it seemed like the debit was only mounting and not reducing. I felt stuck and my mental health began to suffer. When I called DCS group and explained my financial situation, there was never any judgement just ‘How can we help’ and ‘We can help you’.
