From the moment I rang through, I’m absolute tears that I had fallen so far. I had the most helpful consultant who took their time to go through my expenses and how they could help me. DCS group where understanding, flexible and so fantastic during my whole debt agreement period. If I ever had an issue or had postpone a payment or life got in the way, they were always so friendly and helpful. They made what seemed to be a hard time much easier in my life. Unfortunately through a business I ended up with some debt. The debt was large enough that I couldn’t pay it off easily. I contacted DCS and they were great. Throughout the 5 years they have been super easy to deal with. Hopefully though I will never have to have dealings with them ever again.
Would like an online app or website to check my balance without waiting for quarterly statements And didn’t realise my last payment was going to be bit less
