The initial setup process was easy and I felt supported every step of the way. I never had to wait in a phone queue and was always treated with respect no matter what the issue. When I bumped up my payments they were excited for me and my goals and when I completed early they were very complimentary and offered their congratulations. I am financially free now, it hasn't been easy but the end result is so worth it.

A kind and understanding organisation, over the last six years they have been very supportive to my own personal needs, never judging me and always willing to go that little bit extra to help me when i needed it the most. Their payment staff were always top notch, clear and easy to understand with fantastic communications skills. When i needed some extra time or a reduction in the amount they were always there to assist me and to help me shape a payment plan that would fit within my current financial status.
