I'm so excited to see Big Boy up and running under new management! This is a totally different concept then before. You go up to the cashier and order, get a number, and your food is brought out to you. The management was wonderful! Times were a little slower, as they are still learning, but the management was right on top of it and making sure us as customers knew it! The Big Boy Burger was delicious! What a fun new concept. Fast casual style Big Boy. Wide open space with plentiful incoming natural light and a super clean, airy atmosphere. They have a fairly large menu filled with sweet breakfast favorites like Belgian waffles, hot cakes, and cinnamon swirl French toast. They offer trendy chicken and waffles. Very disappointing. The restaurant was clean and maintained. concept was fresh and modern with a nostalgic flair. There's even a food truck you can hire. When we arrived the food truck was unloading and they brought the supplies through the middle of the restaurant on carts which seemed odd. Isn't there a door for deliveries? The restaurant was well staffed but the employees weren't doing much of anything. One person was bringing in things from the truck but no one was helping her. Really did not have a good experience at this location compared to others I frequent. I love big boy and have since I was a kid but this location is just not right. I watched my meal sit in the window for 10 minutes and we hadn't even gotten our salads before the food came which sucked. She didn't write down any of our orders (with 4 of us) and therefore some of our orders were incorrect. I just left this restaurant and the manager could not find my food. He looked disorganized and was very rude. I do. Or recommend patronizing this place at all.

Sat quietly for 10, 20, 25 minutes never received a menu or acknowledged. 3 waitresses, 10 booths, 2 other guests. Very clean open and well lit. Asked if we should wait to be seated, directed towards 2 back booths, seems more carryout friendly.

Visited on BB's "birthday". Worse experience ever (even worse than usual.) Ordered 2 Big Boys w no lettuce. Nope. Can't customize. Ordered onion rings and 2 ice teas, no ice. Nope. No onion rings. Got home. Had 2 Pepsis w ice. Talked to Melinda who told me to come back to get the tea. Took 25 mins. Finally, Tasha came to the rescue. Brought the ice tea and offered dessert on her for my wait.

This is the worst Big Boy establishment that I have ever been to in my life, they messed the order up twice and refused to refund any money because the manager stated that he made the order twice took the m3ssed up meals back and refused to give me my money back even though none of the food had been touched, not only was the food made wrong but they did not bring the entire order.
