This is the worst Big Boy establishment that I have ever been to in my life, they messed the order up twice and refused to refund any money because the manager stated that he made the order twice took the m3ssed up meals back and refused to give me my money back even though none of the food had been touched, not only was the food made wrong but they did not bring the entire order. Spent one hour here and left without eating. I can't think of a worse failure than that. The casual Big Boy concept is an utter disaster. There's no one tasked with making sure your order is correct. I ordered the Mediterranean omelette with no onions, it came covered in an half cup of onions. They were so small and mixed in with the other ingredients I could not pick them all out, so I made the mistake of asking of my order to be corrected.
