The bathrooms were very, very dirty. Even after complaining little improvement. Food was okay. Fly was buzzing the table.

Terrible service. We will never go back. Went in for breakfast, ordered the breakfast buffet and two drinks. Waitress helped everyone around us and we finally had to flag her down for our drinks. The table next to us (she obviously knew them) came in after us and got all her focus. They also ordered the buffet and she brought them to go boxes that they filled up after they ate to take with them. We went this evening because our grandkids had never been to a big boy restaurant, needless to say we will never go back. The food was poor to mediocre at best. Not even close to being worth the money it cost.

Everything about Big Boy is great EXCEPT for the elephant in the room of unisex bathrooms! So, not only do women have to compete with men in sports, but now for a clean toilet. There is urine all over the floor before the toilet. We have to step in it to pee whereas men are obviously aiming from a distance and missing entirely. Put urine back in the toilet where it belongs by restoring a distinction between restrooms! As a woman, I will stop bringing my family here until the restrooms are made great again!

Literally would rather eat dog food worst experience ever waitress's sitting at booths hanging out with friends instead of servicing people multiple meals made wrong and then I had to wait a extra 15-20 min on my meal while the rest of the table ate because she didn't put the order in correctly , the restaurant it self was dirty bathrooms smelled horrible I can't believe a franchise would allow this kind of quality

Worst dine in experience. The restaurant smelled... and not like you would want a restaurant to smell. The waitress was rude. I ate 2 French fries. They were cold and stale. The waitress didn't offer to get new ones. The manager was just as helpful. I told her I didn't eat the fries because they were cold and stale and she practically called me a liar and said "That's not possible. Went there tonight and ordered 2 burger baskets and a chicken tender basket for my daughter. I got half way through my burger and it was soggy and falling apart and absolutely dripping in grease and sauce could hardly taste the burger! I didn't even attempt my daughter chicken strips also dripping in grease and burnt! The fries were okay... this was a carry out order I did not dine in with this order. I love a good juicy burger but these weren't even worth 1 star they were completely gross... we won't be returning in the fut... read more

The wait staff I am thinking must take the blunt of the poor cooking in this restaurant. We have ate there 3 times now and I can tell you they are in bad need of cooks who know how to cook right. The first time I ordered an omlet, which consisted of a nice egg folded on the outside. Then you got the surprise on the inside...... it was stuffed with uncooked onions and vegetables.
