I stopped in for dinner on my way home from a volleyball game with my daughter. We arrived about 7:30 placed our order immediately, we waited about 30 min for a Big Boy and Waffle breakfast. The restaurant was not busy, no more than 7 other tables. Waitresses were very friendly, attentive, and hard working. The restaurant was very clean. By Big Boy standards, though, the food was very poor. First, we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived it was either cold or tasted reheated. The food was definitely not fresh. We will find another place -or another Big Boy- to eat next time.

Normal breakfast buffet costs $12.99 but the cold side wasn't working so we got the hot side only for $8.99. And that's where the good news stopped. I mean it's buffet, what should you expect?!? Wet eggs, flabby bacon, dry biscuits, blah, blah, blah. It is what it is.

Had to wait to be seated even though they were not busy. No one paying attention to what going on around them. Got pasta took 35 min then it was cold asked waitress to put in microwave she said the Alfredo is always served cold. She took it back warmed it up so then it was at least Luke warm. Garlic bread was good. Had to ask for more water wasn't offered. Second order of pasta spaghetti with meat sauce was luke warm lots of noodles not enough sauce to cover noodles. Really not impressed at all. Wouldn't go back.

First and foremost it was clean! The service was good, our waitress Catherine was very attentive and quick. When we ordered, the place maybe had six tables, half of which were already eating. I had my mom with me and between the two of us we ordered a Slim Jim with fries and a chicken strip dinner....nothing that should take long....but it took 18 minutes to come out of the kitchen.... the good when it did arrive was hot, correct and good. Probably would never stop again we got our food pretty fast but it was cold, like not just Luke warm but cold! Not very tasty either kind of bland. waitress disappeared. Had to ask someone else to check us out. Then as we were leaving she comes in from outside??? Hmmm. Just not a good experience.

Our waiter was very rude. After over an hour wait, our food were still not ready. The drink we ordered (Sierra mist) has rust in it. We called and talked to the manager, she was not really listening to our concerns. She stated that they can't keep up with the high volume of tourists. Very disappointing. I would not put any star if I could.

Ridiculously slow. I ordered but thinking about leaving and going to McDonalds next door. If you come here, better not have any place you need to be.

Waited forever for our food, the restaurant smelled like a barn an the waitress was unfriendly and less than efficient. Has to ask for straws... Twice for our drinks... Needless to say we won't be back. What a terrible experience :(
