Just walked out. Waited a while for service. Got a waitress, then ordered a couple of beers with appetizers. Never got a beer and watched the bartender/waitress repeatedly go serve her customers yet never cared about the tables she wasn't over. Told the manager we were walking out because we couldn't get a beer-he couldn't care less.

Service was horrible. Waited 45 minutes for wings and a salad. Waitress checked up on us after 45 minutes and all of a sudden, the food came out 5 minutes later. She forgot to put our order in. Checked up on us very infrequently. She was busy talking in the back. Food was good and hot when it came out, so not a kitchen issue.

They charge you for ranch. Shouldn't ranch be part of your wings? At least one small ranch should be included. But no- they will charge you.

I visit this location maybe once a month. It's so close to the house and the flavors are awesome. We always have great service but this Monday night was horrible. We will still continue to visit, but just hoping it's not like tonight 7/10. We had to get up and get our own straws, the single beer took 10 mins. And there was only 2 other tables in the entire restaurant. The bar top only had 4 guest. Then I had to reach over the counter on my way out to grab a bag for my to go items.

By far the best chicken wings and the coldest beer. Our waitress was fantastic just have to say this is the place for sitting outside beer and chicken Fantastic!!!!!!! Bb As an Update, following our arrival and waitress so nice, I have to say it went Down hill. 1st visit last night. Not busy; restaurant less than 50% full. Waitress took drink orders right away. 15 minutes later still no drinks. Inquired and was told that only 1 bartender and he was 'very busy'. Had full view of bar and had seen the bartender multiple times check with patrons at the bar if they needed anything more. Only saw the bartender draw draft beer 4or 5 times in those 15 minutes. Asked for the manager; manager never came but we did get our drinks. Ordered boneless wings. Food was ready 15 min late than was stated when I ordered. This would be a one star review had it not been for the GM who stopped what he was doing to get my order.
