I visit this location maybe once a month. It's so close to the house and the flavors are awesome. We always have great service but this Monday night was horrible. We will still continue to visit, but just hoping it's not like tonight 7/10. We had to get up and get our own straws, the single beer took 10 mins. And there was only 2 other tables in the entire restaurant. The bar top only had 4 guest. Then I had to reach over the counter on my way out to grab a bag for my to go items.
By far the best chicken wings and the coldest beer. Our waitress was fantastic just have to say this is the place for sitting outside beer and chicken Fantastic!!!!!!! Takeout orders need some love., we stay .04 miles away and food was mediocre at best.
1st visit last night. Not busy; restaurant less than 50% full. Waitress took drink orders right away. 15 minutes later still no drinks. Inquired and was told that only 1 bartender and he was 'very busy'. Had full view of bar and had seen the bartender multiple times check with patrons at the bar if they needed anything more. The food was really bad! This is the 3rd time my pickup order was in incorrect
Food was ready 15 min late than was stated when I ordered. This would be a one star review had it not been for the GM who stopped what he was doing to get my order.
Workers - servers, bartenders, greeters are the backbone of any business and the ones I've had over my 3 visits has been way below my expectations. Food is average. Just another wing place with similar sauces. Wings are very big but all I think of when a chicken wing is as large as a small turkey wing is hormones, hormones and more growth hormones. The clientele here at night are shady. Not going back.
Mediocre wings nothing special. I had high hopes for this place but the food just isn't as good, not to mention it took forever to open, disappointing.
WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN. If you are coming to this place make sure you repeat your order at least 3 times. We had a very bad experience today. Here my comments Service: Our waiter was very distracted and didn't took our order right. From there everything went down. Got wrong sauce on the wings, etc. Food: Burger: No flavor.
