Food was great!! I love they tenders and wings. Service was OK. Could have been 10 times more better! however, let's get into the problem. I don't normally go to this big city wings. I go to the other one in Houston now I ordered the 12 tenders for a dollar. My bill came to be 30 something dollars. Good service, Empty restaurant, we sat on the patio, it was quiet, Had bone in wings, half lemon-pepper, half Buffalo medium. Husband had garlic parm tenders (sauce was thick & sludgy) and bone in Hot buffalo parm. Very forgettable and less than mediocre.

Don't go to this restaurant, over priced, terrible service, food was mediocre at best. All I ordered was a club soda from the bar, with a refill about mid meal which arrived when he brought my check. Took them 30 mins to bring a club soda and an avocado salad(which only had 3 small slices of avocado for $15 yes $15... Big thumbs down, server was new, and the manager did adjust the over charge. But not sure I'll ever go back. Restaurant was clean

We sat outside and I assume just got completely forgotten about. We ordered waters and tea and something from the bar as well as ordered our meal at the same time. The bar drink came maybe ten minutes after being ordered, from the bartender herself to my knowledge. 25-30 minutes later we still didn't have our drinks or food. Not getting our food is understandable but sitting outside with no drinks being brought was the biggest red flag. The staff was sweet but ultimately just being forgotten about, sucked.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered 5 wings with celery and ranch. The celery was missing, and the ranch was super thin like water had been added. Total price of $10.01. Big City Wings should be ashamed of themselves. It's my fault because I assumed fries would be included at $10.00 for 5 wings. Unbelievable! I stopped by today to get the same thing I ordered before for free and believe it or not, celery was missing again and it was only 2 small sticks. $10. Waited 25 mins to get a beer. Never again. Poor bartender was having to do it all. Others walking around. Gormlessly!!!! No clue. How do they stay open?

wish i could tell u how the food is. they sat us right next to the bathroom. they didnt look our direction for 15 minutes. there was only like 10 people in the restaurant. we left.

Food is decent. Servers are friendly and aim to please. Music playing now is godawful. Not sure why it got changed and why your local management can't listen to your customers. #BringEarPlugsIfYouDineIn

Nice place, nice people, music is horrible, could not put on TV channel. Clearly management does not understand the market.
