Food came out quick and hot. Restaurant was nice and the waitress was great. Happy with our first experience here
Our experience was ok for a new restaurant. They have some things to work out for sure because 85% of our food came out from the kitchen cold. The Spicy Ranch Lemon Pepper and naked tenders were the only hot foods. And the naked tenders only bc we sent them back. The margarita's were too sweet to me and I LOVE a sweet strong drink. Service was poor!!! Never been to this establishment before but decided to have wings and beer... walked in and sat at the bar... waited for 10 min or so for service or get a menu or asked if I wanted a drink? I saw a worker just standing there watching tv and asked if he worked here? He said yes. I than proceeded to ask for a menu, and he gave me an attitude and said, well you just sat down. Super mad. They messed up mine and my coworkers order the first time and instead of a refund they offered us a free meal. So we go back today and use the free meal and my wings are messed up again. Their "mild" wings are just PLAIN wings that are slightly buttered per the conversation I had with whoever answered the phone..... am I the only one who thinks mild is supposed to be mild spicy???? Dry! Dry! Dry! We stopped coming here awhile ago because of the lack of cleanliness and wait times. However, sometime has passed so we decided to give it another shot since it's close to home. We should have just stayed away. Food was great!! I love they tenders and wings. Service was OK. Could have been 10 times more better! however, let's get into the problem. I don't normally go to this big city wings. I go to the other one in Houston now I ordered the 12 tenders for a dollar. My bill came to be 30 something dollars. Good service, Empty restaurant, we sat on the patio, it was quiet, Had bone in wings, half lemon-pepper, half Buffalo medium. Husband had garlic parm tenders (sauce was thick & sludgy) and bone in Hot buffalo parm. Very forgettable and less than mediocre.
Don't go to this restaurant, over priced, terrible service, food was mediocre at best. All I ordered was a club soda from the bar, with a refill about mid meal which arrived when he brought my check. Took them 30 mins to bring a club soda and an avocado salad(which only had 3 small slices of avocado for $15 yes $15... Big thumbs down, server was new, and the manager did adjust the over charge.
