I recently visited Big City Wings with the family and had a mixed experience. We almost walked out. Initially, the hostess was quite rude since we didn't want to be seated right next to the restrooms. She told us that it wasn't fair to the other server and then rolled her eyes. We even heard her telling another server at the front counter that we were rude. We are paying customers that don't want to sit next to a restroom, don't know how that's rude. For all the negative reviews. Please. Just...No. It was a bad day, an off kitchen, or something just went awry, OR the wrote the review during opening week. Every restaurant has growing pains and needs a break in period. A little grace. First. The service. A warm smile from the staff and management goes a long way. They are all happy and do not come across as just don't want to be there. So hats off to whoever trained them and their spirit of just having fun. This goes a long way with the customer. Love this place for the specials and atmosphere! The wings are good and we enjoyed the fried pickles as well. I enjoy sitting at the bar vs table due to service being more consistent. They have tons of tv's so it's a great place to watch a game. There is a patio outside but haven't gone out there yet. Check out the lunch specials during the week as well, definitely added as a go to spot for sports!

The food is good, could use more sauce on the buffalo wings. Service was great, waiter was very attentive and polite. The place is clean especially the bathrooms. We will be back. If you're in the area stop by. 1 more thing if you want to watch the big game this is the place.
We had dinner here and the food was very good ,with large portions and great sauces. It was a really fun atmosphere. Our server Amanda was very nice, and very attentive and checked on us several times to see if everything was cooked to our liking, and to see if we needed anything. She was wonderful, we will be coming back again.
I have been to Big City Wings on Tuckerton 2 times in the last 2 weeks. Each time I have been to eat there I have been very pleased with my choices. The first trip I had the boneless chicken strips with honey barbeque and teriyaki sauce. The strips were some of the best I have ever ate! The waffle sweet potato fries were sensational as well. Great atmosphere! The wings were good. I like how they give you the option to try different flavors. You can literally order ten wings in ten different flavors.
My server Amanda was above par and extremly attentive today!! The food on top of it all came out unexpectedly good, will DEFINITELY be returning as a regular!!
Makayla C was a great server and the food was beyound amazing. I would definitely come here to have her serve me.
